We can perform a full clean to all of your indoor and outdoor AC units as part of a scheduled maintenance contract. We will also respray any corrosion area’s that may need respraying to protect against corrosion, and report any damage or future potential issues.

Cleaning & maintenance depends on the usage of the system. If a system is running 24hrs per day 365 days per year, we would probably recommend a quarterly service. It does depend on the environment too though. So an AC in a kitchen environment will require more cleans than a bedroom AC that is only running periodically. We can put a maintenance plan into place for as many or few visits as you require, and we can adjust these to your needs.

Sea blast and sargassum can take a toll on outdoor units and increase the speed of corrosion. We will remove corrosion on an outdoor unit when identified during maintenance and repaint the affected area. However, we do also offer a service to spray a protection coating over outdoor units which can prolong the lifetime of the coil and casing. Ask us for further details.

Our main lines are Mitsubishi, Midea, Daikin & Gree. However,if there is a specific brand you wish to install outside of these, we can look to supply them too.
